BH2 5 - 13/02/2021- Update 10:10

e would like to thank our customers for their patience while we completed emergency repair work. We are pleased to confirm that supplies in the area are now restored. We do not anticipate that our customers will experience discoloured water but If you do notice discolouration, please run your cold kitchen tap until clear. The brown or yellow appearance is caused by the disturbance of natural sediment within the main and can take up to an hour to clear.

Update SP6 2 - 12/02/2021 19.30 - Supply Interruption 

We just wanted to let you know that we’re aware some customers in Hyde Lane, Stuckton, SP6 2HD may be experiencing lower pressure than usual or a loss of supply due to a burst water main in Hyde Lane, Stuckton, SP6 2HD. Our team are on site working to repair the burst and anticipate that supplies will be restored in the next 2 to 3 hours. We would like to thank you for your patience and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

 

Lymington Area

Update 17:30 11/02/2021

We’d like to apologise to customers in the Lymington area who may have noticed a slight change to the taste or smell of their water.  Due to essential maintenance we have temporarily changed the water source supplying the area.  We’re aiming to complete this work by the end of March.  We’d like to reassure those customers who have noticed a change in the taste or smell of their supply that they may continue to use the water as normal.  It is simply the change of the source of the water that is different, which is why some customers are noticing the slight change in taste and smell.   We thank you for your understanding.
