We’re investing today to protect the future

Every day, we supply around 155 million litres of high-quality drinking water to approximately 500,000 customers across our region. As demand for water changes and weather patterns become more unpredictable, it’s important that our network remains resilient, reliable and ready for the future.

Climate change, population growth and the need to protect the natural environment are placing increasing pressure on water resources. That’s why we’re investing in our water network to secure supplies for future generations while supporting the health of our rivers, streams and local habitats.

Our investment programme focuses on improving water storage, upgrading treatment facilities, reducing leakage and helping customers use water wisely. Together, these improvements will help create a more sustainable and resilient water supply for years to come.
