To help us reach net zero in 2030 when signing up to an online MyAccount customers and automatically enrolled into our paperless billing scheme, this small step helps to make an extraordinary difference.
By going paperless this will save approximately 10 litres of water for every bill page you receive by email instead. Not only will this save water it will also reduce energy in production and transportation.
We understand that paperless billing is not for everyone, so if you don’t wish to receive paperless bills, simply select your chosen option during the registrationg process. This can be changed at any time by logging in to MyAccount using your 8-digit customer number or your email address. From the dashboard you can easily find your current billing method and switch paperless billing off.
