We have a range of support options available if your client is worried about paying their bill or needs any additional support. Our team will work with you to deliver tailored support to the customer's circumstance.

We work alongside other organisations such as the National Support Network to make it easier for customers to find help. Use the National Support Network’s database to find sources of further support.

If you’d like to speak to us about the WaterCare team getting involved at your organisation’s events, or to arrange training, please use our form to get in touch.

 We’re proud to work in partnership with a wide range of organisations across the South West to extend the reach of our support and help as many customers as we can. Our WaterCare team are often out and about at job centres, social housing centres and other local venues to provide face to face support for customers and to provide training on the services we offer.
