Christmas & New Year opening hours for our Developer Services Help Desk:

  • 24th December – 9am – 2pm
  • 25th to 28th December – Closed
  • 29th to 31st December - 9am – 3:30pm
  • 1st January – Closed
  • 2nd January - 9am – 3:30pm

The 5th January onwards we are back to normal operating hours: Mon – Fri: 8:30am – 4:30pm (closed weekends).

Our service – Developer Services Help Desk

Over the past 12 months, more than 95% of customers that call into our Helpdesk were answered within 30 seconds. Being responsive is important to us.
 
We also found that on average, customer wait times are lower on Tuesdays to Fridays.
