What are Priority Services?

We offer a range of free services to customers who have additional needs or require a little extra help due to their current circumstances.  The range of special services we provide are available to anyone living within our region, regardless of whether you’re the bill payer.

If you, or someone in your household, has a medical condition that requires constant access to a supply of water, or you would find it difficult to reach an alternative supply during an interruption to the mains supply, or have a particular need when contacting us, you can join our free Priority Services Register. 

Full details of these services are in our leaflet "Code of Practice on priority services".

Free services similar to our Priority Services Register are available in the gas, electricity and telephone sectors.  Contact your other service providers and ask about their Priority Services Register.

You may also want to contact either Wessex Water (0345 600 3 600) or Southern Water (0330 303 1262), according to where you live, to apply for additional services in relation to your waste water services.”
