During our site survey we’ll assess the amount of work needed to make the connection(s) and show you where you need to bring your supply pipe(s) to.

• We’ll also advise what you need to do before we make the connection including:
• Laying part of the supply pipe to our specification
• Paying our costs
• Providing a separate supply pipe to each part of the building or property which will be separately occupied
• Meeting regulations
• Obtaining consents from landowners (if necessary)

We’ll then use these details to provide you with a quote and send this within 10 working days of the survey.
