Independent monitoring of our performance between 2015 and 2020
An independent challenge group called Customer View monitored our performance during the period 2015-20. Our performance against the 2020-25 business plan is monitored by the WaterShare+ Customer Panel.
The Group had an independent Chair and Deputy Chair, and comprised local customer representatives and industry regulators. We, as Bournemouth Water, had no involvement in the Group other that to provide them with the information they ask for and to act in an administrative capacity.

Customer View met to review our performance against the targets we agreed with Ofwat for the period, the way we engage with customers and to make recommendations as they see fit.
