At a bank or Post Office

You can pay your bill in person at:

  • your bank branch
  • any branch of Lloyds within our supply area
  • a Post Office

Cheques should be made payable to Bournemouth Water.

If you pay at a Post Office they will make an extra charge and cheques are not accepted.

How to pay in person:

  • fill in the payment slip
  • hand the whole bill, together with your payment, to the cashier
  • the cashier will stamp the bill and give it back as proof of payment
