Water Wise - We currently have no restrictions on supply in our area (click here for more information)

Take a moment to think about being water wise in this heat. As the temperature rises so does the demand for water – by making small changes to your daily habits you can make a big difference to the amount of water you use.

  1. Turn off the taps while brushing your teeth
  2. Half loads add up to gallons of water wasted – use full loads in your dishwasher and washing machine
  3. Rinsing fruit and veg or cooking food with water - collect and reuse on your plants
  4. Use a bucket instead of a hose to wash your car - or go an extra week with it dirty
  5. Replace the hose or sprinkler with a watering can
  6. Skip the bath and take the four minute shower challenge
  7. There's no need to run your taps cold - fill a jug of water and pop it in the fridge
  8. Seen a leak? Report it
