How we can help

A bill that is higher than usual or higher than expected can be a big worry. But please don’t let it be – call us on 01202 590059 and we’ll do our best to help. We can:

  • help you work out where the water has gone
  • sort out any payment problems
  • help with repairs if there’s a leak in your ‘supply pipe’ (the underground pipe running form the street boundary into your home)
  • credit your account for the leaked water if you get the leak fixed quickly

If our meter reading shows a large increase in water use, we will contact you before we send out the bill to see how we can help.
