How to pay

Direct Debit

If your meter is read every six months - You can either:

  • pay monthly by Direct Debit and we will send you a six-monthly statement, or
  • pay your bill in full every six months by Direct Debit

If your meter is read monthly - You can pay your bill in full each month with a monthly variable Direct Debit (this service is normally for key accounts using more than around 4,500 cubic meters a year).

Payment charges
