Understanding your bill

If you are billed twice a year and the cost is spread with monthly Direct Debits, see Understanding your water statement.

If you pay your bills in full after receiving them, see Understanding your metered water bill.

Need a copy of your bill?

Please complete this form if you would like to order a copy of your latest bill or a previous bill: Bill copy request form.

We will send you one copy free of charge per year. If you need more copies we may charge a small amount to your water account.

Is your bill higher than expected?

Please call us as soon as possible if you think you may have a problem paying. We can give you advice and set up a payment plan to suit you. Ignoring your bills could lead to greater expense in the long run.

Our section on water efficiency will help you to find leaks or wastage that could account for greater use. It also gives practical advice on how to cut your bills.
