We supply drinking water to nearly half a million people from our base in Bournemouth. Our area covers parts of Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire. To provide you with this reliable water supply, we have to: take water from the natural environment – our sourcesare the Stour and Avon rivers plus several boreholes, filter the water and store it in reservoirs and tanks pump the water through our network of mains pipes test water samples at every stage of the process, including customers’ taps.
